
Designed for middle and high school-age students, these programs will strengthen your weaknesses, maintain your strengths, and work to optimize your overall skill-set in your sport. These preferred fitness partners can meet and work with student-athletes either in person or remotely, and this work can be completed during pre-season, in-season, off-season, or year round! We aim to coach students in a manner that works best for them within their comfort levels, is on their schedule, and is specific to their own experiences and timeline!
This is just another way in which our team is prepping student-athletes for college and NCAA competition (so that they can excel on their future teams!).
