Collaborations and Partnerships
LAC partners and collaborates with AMAZING organizations ensure that our students are getting the very best:
MENTAL HEALTH & ACADEMIC SUPPORT:
LAC is proud to be a part of the RCHI Group (Greenwich, CT), allowing us to better serve students with mental health struggles in finding their school of best fit.
RCHI addresses the transition to college through the lens of mental health - they evaluate colleges, universities, support systems, and treatment programs in helping families determine which is the best fit. Transition from childhood to adulthood is challenging enough. With over 15 years of experience, they take the guessing out of the process when mental health is involved.

ATHLETIC TRAINING & CONDITIONING:
We are happy to work with an incredible fitness training team -- THT-Total Home Training (Montreal). This collaboration allows our student-athletes to get the very best in individualized fitness and nutrition programs, as well as one-on-one guidance and team coaching!
Designed for middle and high school-age students, the programs of THT will strengthen weaknesses, maintain strengths, and work to optimize an athlete's overall skill set in their sport. This preferred fitness partner can meet and work with student-athletes remotely, and this work can be completed during pre-season, in-season, off-season, or year-round! We aim to coach students in a manner that works best for them within their comfort levels, is on their schedule, and is specific to their own experiences and timeline! This is just another way in which our team is prepping student-athletes for college and NCAA competition (so that they can excel on their future teams!).

OPTIMIZING ENDURANCE FOR STUDENT-ATHLETES:
We are excited to collaborate with CT Orofacial Myology LLC (Cheshire, CT) -- a healthcare professional providing patient-centered treatment plans to optimize the function of orofacial muscles. Their incorporation of unique modalities, such as The Buteyko Method, will be valuable for LAC's student-athletes as they prepare for their sports seasons and so that they can perform at their very best.
By working with CTOM to improve their breathing, our athletes will:
- Improve their body's oxygen exchange
- Have greater stamina and performance
- Have reduced production of lactic acid and cramping
- Have reduced chance of injury
- See improved recovery time and reduced soreness
- And their bodies will be able to be hydrated more efficiently
