- Players will develop their program with one of our trainers prior to starting - this way we'll not only know the player, but we'll know the methods and training regimens that will fit you best.
- Players will work on technique, specific to their position.
- All players will work on their balance and core, making adjustments as necessary to strengthen weaknesses.
- Nutrition lectures are available upon request. We can guide the student-athlete as to what they should be eating (and when) to operate at premium levels.
- As with everything we do at LAC, we want you to be your best, to be a student-athlete ALL-STAR.
